Remember ODD is more than the typical anger, defiance or disrespect you may see in your teenager as they transition into adulthood.  Oppositional Defiant behavior is a consistent pattern of defiance and hostility toward anyone in a position of authority.  The behavior interferes with everyday life and there are problems at school, at home and often with other authority figures such as the police.

Symptoms:

Do you see these behaviors in your teenage son?  Is your teenage son having difficulty with aggression?  Is he having hard time at school because of his actions?  Do you feel like his behavior controls your home?  It is not too late to get help.  Remember ODD often is part of a Dual Diagnosis or Co-existing Disorder such as ADHD, depression, drug or alcohol abuse or Learning Disability (LD) which also needs to be treated at the same time.

The trained staff at Triumph Youth Services has many years of experience working with adolescent youth with Dual Diagnosis.
