Bruce Humphries joined Triumph Youth Services in 2001 after earning his Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice and Sociology from Southern Utah University. With a passion for working with teens, Bruce has held various roles in residential treatment and juvenile probation, gaining extensive experience since 1990. He became a managing partner in 2008 and continues to focus on improving the lives of youth. Bruce’s favorite hobbies include hunting, fishing, and traveling, especially to Alaska, where he finds peace and reflection. He believes in the principle that “they don’t care how much you know until they know how much you care,” guiding his approach to working with at-risk youth.
