Service in the Forest

We teach the youth in our program that giving back to the community not only builds character but builds compassion as well. It is an amazing feeling for our youth and staff to see the impact we are having on people not only in Utah, but across the world as well.

Recently our students committed to performing service on the mountain. It was raining and cold, in fact it poured on our young men. They just kept working. They moved tree limbs and cleared trails. Their goal was to clear one entire acre, but hey ended up clearing 5! They were encouraging each other to keep working hard. They ended up feeling great about themselves afterwards… It was a good day!
