Sports and Enrichment Activities

Building Confidence, Camaraderie, and Character

At Triumph Youth Services, we believe that creating lasting change in young men requires more than just talk therapy—it takes immersive, hands-on experiences that reinforce core values and build real-life skills. Our program combines evidence-based treatment with daily activities that promote accountability, growth, and confidence. These experiences are designed to meet the diverse needs of our students and help them apply therapeutic lessons to real-world challenges.

Students engage in a variety of structured activities throughout their stay, including:

  • Addiction recovery support through Narcotics Anonymous (NA), Alcoholics Anonymous (AA), and the Addiction Recovery Program (ARP)
  • Character development curricula such as New Freedom, the 12 Steps, and The 7 Habits of Highly Effective Teens
  • Vocational training and career skill development
  • Academic support through Triumph Academy and Bridgerland Applied Technology College
  • Recreational opportunities like hiking, fishing, camping, field trips, and competitive high school and club sports
  • Weekly guest speakers, including law enforcement, victims of crime, and professional athletes such as members of the NFL’s Baltimore Ravens

All programming is aligned with our level-based structure, which tracks progress using each student’s academic GPA, therapeutic milestones, and Behavior Point Average (BPA). This ensures that students are actively participating in all areas of their development and are held accountable for their growth.
