Team work builds Character… 

It is well known that when a young man participates on a team he can learn many valuable life lessons. Some of these life skills are communication, compromise and a sense of community. They end up learning that each individual has to do their part for their team to succeed. They can also learn that they can’t always do everything on their own, and relying on others can be a positive experience. Here at Triumph Youth Services/Academy our moto is “Work Hard, Play Hard”.. Rugby is just one of the team building activities we encourage our students to participate in. This has helped several young men over the years with behavior problems, making poor choices, and even addiction.
