Along with Triumph Youth Services, we have an Academy where the boys can continue their education.

The Triumph Academy therapeutic boarding school specializes in helping youth with many different issues, such as substance addiction/abuse, emotional and behavioral problems, low self-esteem, defiance, underachievement, ADHD and learning challenges, depression and anxiety, adoption-related issues, and family conflict (see Resources section). There are programs available for teens (12-17), and young adults (18-20).

An Admissions Director will be happy to discuss with you if our program is appropriate for your child.  Please call 435-494-1740 or fill out a contact form.

Open Enrollment

Triumph is an 8-12 month open enrollment program for qualified students.

Non-discrimination policy

Triumph Academy admits students of any race, color, national and ethnic origin to all the rights, privileges, programs, and activities generally accorded or made available to students at the school.  It does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, national and ethnic origin in administration of its educational policies, admissions policies, scholarship and loan programs, and athletic and other school-administered programs.

Tuition

Tuition may be supplemented by insurance or educational/behavioral loans. Triumph works with insurance carriers to check for pre-qualification of services and can help find funding for students with IEP’s. Parents are encouraged to contact program admissions to request assistance with obtaining insurance coverage.

Typical class

Students range from 12 -20 years of age and are generally at Triumph for substance dependence/abuse, oppositional defiance and behavior problems.  In addition many may have the following Academic issues:

Sudden decline in grades, attendance, or attitude

Learning Disabilities

Individual Education Plans (IEP’s)

Poor organizational and study skills

Disruptive behavior in the classroom

Lack of motivation

Loss of interest in school, sports and peer related activities

We know that making the decision to place your child in a residential treatment center may possibly be the most difficult decision you will ever have to make. We understand what you are experiencing and the difficulties your family is facing. Together we will assess your son’s needs and determine whether Triumph is appropriate for your son and your family.
