Triumph Youth Services utilizes a Cognitive Behavioral Treatment model including Positive Peer Culture as part of its constant therapeutic milieu. Therapy Types Triumph provides a small, highly structured family-type environment for youth. Triumph’s cognitive therapy approach utilizes individual therapy mixed with group and family therapy to treat each youth’s issues. The therapists specialize in a variety of issues and disorders, including, but not limited to addiction, substance abuse, emotional disturbance, oppositional defiance and RAD. Admission Admission to the Triumph Observation & Assessment (O&A) Program is 45 days and will be limited to 20 residents. Individual entry dates are scheduled on a rotation admissions basis. Triumph incorporates positive experiences throughout the program to help build leadership, independence, problem solving, peer mentoring, and life skills. Activities such as sports, art, exercise, cooking, dog training, hiking, camping, fishing, skiing/snowboarding, etc. will be part of a resident’s daily activities.
