Triumph Youth Services–Trusted Residential Treatment Center for Teen Boys

Triumph Youth Services has been helping adolescent boys and their families navigate serious emotional, behavioral, and substance-related challenges since 1998. Founded by Sterling Lyman in Utah, Triumph began as a program for adjudicated youth and quickly gained a reputation for its structure, compassion, and results. Over the years, Triumph has expanded into a  Residential Treatment Center, offering a supportive path forward for boys ages 12–17 from across the country.

Our programs are designed to promote safety, stability, and lasting growth. Each facility provides a clean and structured environment where students feel secure and supported. We emphasize accountability through Positive Peer Culture, encouraging students to grow as individuals and as community members. Our experienced staff are trained in Aegis-certified non-violent crisis intervention techniques, ensuring respectful and effective behavior management without the use of excessive force.

Triumph specializes in treating a range of complex issues, including emotional disturbances, substance abuse, oppositional defiance, and depression. Every student receives a personalized care plan that may include a combination of evidence-based therapies, group work, life skills development, and hands-on activities that build confidence and resilience. We work closely with families throughout the process to ensure consistent support and lasting progress.

More than treatment, Triumph is about transformation. From therapy to daily interactions, students are challenged and supported to take responsibility, rebuild trust, and develop the tools they need to lead meaningful, productive lives. With the right structure, mentorship, and encouragement, we help young men rediscover their potential and chart a new path forward.
